My husband and I are trying to conceive. He can’t ejaculate inside of me (I typically use my hand or oral). He has no trouble "getting it up," or ejaculating other ways, but in the 7 years we’ve been together he’s never ejaculated inside me. What can we do?
OK, this was actually a first for me… But the obvious options (if he can’t get past this block – which I think is what you should really work on) are DIY insemination – i.e. you inseminate yourself (or with the help of your husband) after you have collected his little swimmers. I have heard that a lot of lesbian couples go down this route using donor sperm and that it is quite successful. Second option would be IVF but this is a lot more invasive and could be really expensive.

My boyfriend and I had sex on the 23rd and the condom broke(trojan shared pleasure are horrible btw) and I don’t get my period until the 1st of feb. Is there a high chance i could be pregnant?
it all depends on when you ovulate… Normally a women will ovulate 10-14 days after the first day of her period.But its not always the case.. So lets say your period came Jan 1, you could of possibly ovulated on jan 10-14th..

I ejaculated in my girlfriend 2 nights in a row. It was in the middle of the month between the 10th and the 15th. I’m 18. She’s 23 and she already has 2 kids so you know she’s fertile. Is she most likely pregnant or not? Was she ovulating and can you get pregnant if your not ovulating?
it is less likely but you can get pregnant at any time. you are playing a dangerous game so unless you want a child with this woman use protection.
My GF and I are planning a space trip next month and were just curious.

YES but rare the tubes grow back togeteher in a certian number of cases in a 10 year study. Luckily after that time a persons fertility is usually reduced by age.
